Summer 2026 Intern - IT Business Analyst (Memphis TN)

Internship Details: 

Dates: June 1 – August 7, 2026 

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday) 

Pay: $14/hour 

Location: Headquarters Office in Memphis, TN

Qualifications: 

Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university or May 2026 graduate    

Passionate about our mission  

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

Must be 18 years of age or older 

 

Specific Internship Description and Preferred Skills: 

Assist Quality Assurance team members in development of test scripts, cases, and processes for system testing and automated testing until User Acceptance Sign-off 

Partner with the technical team to ensure that the technical specifications meet the business requirements 

Interview team members/stakeholders to create documentation for Volunteer domain products 

Participate in all team Agile ceremonies and practices for planning, design, and execution of operational tasks 

Support the team in their testing and automation efforts.

Where able, assist the team with development in React JS and .NET Core as well as working with RESTAPI's 

 

Majors preferred: Computer Science, Software Engineering/Development, Information Technology/Systems, Electrical Engineering, Data Science 

Skills preferred: Critical Thinking, Technical Analysis, Technical Writing/Documentation, C# programming language, Quality Assurance Automation / Automation Tools
