Job Description - Customer Solutions Analyst
Location: Bergen County, NJ
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support and guidance related to BeProduct’s PLM solutions.
- Triage and resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, or video calls, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Troubleshoot medium-complexity technical issues and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to communicate customer feedback and stay current on product updates.
- Assist project managers with onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Document business processes and data models reflecting customer operations.
- Create and maintain structured data models for reporting, integrations, and implementation workflows.
- Conduct basic data validation and user acceptance testing during feature rollouts or new implementations.
- Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing customer performance metrics and adoption insights.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Fashion, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, client services, customer success, or business systems (internship experience accepted).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, build models, and communicate insights effectively.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools, including spreadsheets, SaaS platforms, and collaboration/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and curious, with a genuine interest in understanding customer processes and solving data or system challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data modeling, analysis, and product data structures (e.g., SQL, Excel pivot tables).
- Experience in a B2B software or SaaS company, ideally supporting customer implementations or business systems.
- Understanding of product development processes in apparel, footwear, accessories, and/or lifestyle products, and/or supply chain and merchandising workflows.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about how systems and data connect to support business outcomes.
