Customer Solutions Analyst

Job Description - Customer Solutions Analyst

Location: Bergen County, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support and guidance related to BeProduct’s PLM solutions.
  • Triage and resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, or video calls, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Troubleshoot medium-complexity technical issues and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to communicate customer feedback and stay current on product updates.
  • Assist project managers with onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
  • Document business processes and data models reflecting customer operations.
  • Create and maintain structured data models for reporting, integrations, and implementation workflows.
  • Conduct basic data validation and user acceptance testing during feature rollouts or new implementations.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing customer performance metrics and adoption insights.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Fashion, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, client services, customer success, or business systems (internship experience accepted).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, build models, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools, including spreadsheets, SaaS platforms, and collaboration/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and curious, with a genuine interest in understanding customer processes and solving data or system challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data modeling, analysis, and product data structures (e.g., SQL, Excel pivot tables).
  • Experience in a B2B software or SaaS company, ideally supporting customer implementations or business systems.
  • Understanding of product development processes in apparel, footwear, accessories, and/or lifestyle products, and/or supply chain and merchandising workflows.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about how systems and data connect to support business outcomes.
