Jesuit Social Justice Fellowship - ALL MAJORS WELCOME
Want to make a real impact and help create the change you want to see in the world? Consider applying to become a Jesuit Volunteer — it’s an experience that can truly shape the rest of your life.
Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC) connects recent grads with a year (or more) of service rooted in community, spirituality, simple living, and social justice.
Being a Jesuit Volunteer (JV) is a meaningful path for anyone — from any faith or spiritual background — who wants to dedicate a year to serving others, growing personally, and living out their values in a deeper way. Many JVs describe the experience as transformative, changing how they see the world and their place in it.
JVs serve full-time with agencies doing essential work on the front lines of social change, while living in intentional community and practicing JVC’s core values together.
Jesuit Volunteers go on to do incredible things after their year of service. Many step into nonprofit or corporate roles, while others pursue graduate programs—often with generous JV-specific scholarships. Employers love hiring Former JVs because they know that a year (or two!) of service shapes people who are grounded, adaptable, community-minded, and ready to lead. It’s an experience that genuinely levels up your career and sets you apart wherever you go next. If you're thinking about a year of purpose and impact, JVC is a great place to start.
