  • Support project delivery – Contribute to execution roadmaps, timelines, and reporting. You're a key team member ensuring projects stay on track and deliver impact.
  • Connect and learn continuously – Build external relationships through industry networking, engage in knowledge-sharing with clients and partners, and stay curious about new approaches and tools that drive business value.
  • Make your mark – In our start-up atmosphere, you'll have autonomy to develop and implement creative solutions, including exploring how AI and emerging technologies can create value. See an opportunity? You have the support to run with it.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Technical-to-Business Bridge Builder
You started your career on the technical side, perhaps as a data scientist, analytics engineer, technical consultant, business analyst, or software developer – but discovered you're equally energized by business strategy and client relationships. You naturally translate between technical teams and C-suite stakeholders because you understand both worlds. You're curious by nature, always asking "why" and "what if," and you bring that intellectual curiosity to every client conversation especially when it comes to emerging technologies like AI and how they can transform business outcomes.

The Connector
You're genuinely extroverted and energized by building relationships. Whether you're networking at an industry conference, facilitating a workshop with client stakeholders, or collaborating with our global team, you thrive on human connection. You bring positive energy to every interaction and have a knack for making complex technical concepts accessible and engaging.

The Owner
When you spot a problem, you don't just flag it and move on. You own it from start to finish. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and treat every project as if it's your own business. You're self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about driving solutions that create real impact.

The salary range for this position is $96,000 USD – $108,000 USD annually.
