Human Resources Intern (Talent Acquisition)

THE RUNDOWN  

Playfly Sports is looking for a Human Resource Intern to join our team at our Headquarters in Berwyn, PA. Within our 10-week paid Playfly Summer Internship Program, you’ll be immersed into the business side of sports and join our team of talented professionals. Through hands-on experience, projects, and mentoring, you’ll learn the fundamental skills and knowledge it takes to have a career in sports while developing yourself professionally and personally.  

  

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH   

  • Gain experience and exposure to the full scope of HR responsibilities at Playfly  
  • Participate and contribute to the day-to-day workflow of the HR team and learn workplace dynamics  
  • Provide support with projects across all functions of HR including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, employee relations, and compliance  
  • Assist with data entry in our various systems including our HRIS and Performance Management system.   
  • Attend all internship events and participate in projects and assignments  
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills  
  • Microsoft Office proficiency preferred    

  

INTERNSHIP DETAILS & APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY  

  • Preferably entering senior year of Bachelor’s program, with a graduation date of December 2026 or later  
  • Must be available to work June 8, 2026 – Aug 13, 2026, 32 hours/week, Monday – Thursday  
  • Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $15 
  • Candidates are strictly limited to applying to a maximum of TWO positions
