Playfly Sports is looking for a Playfly Consulting Intern to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Within our 10-week paid Playfly Summer Internship Program, you’ll be immersed into the business side of sports and join our team of talented professionals. Through hands-on experience, projects, and mentoring, you’ll learn the fundamental skills and knowledge it takes to have a career in sports while developing yourself professionally and personally.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- As part of the Playfly Consulting team within our Playfly Aspire business unit, you will have the ability to participate in a variety of sports consulting practices. Our team regularly supports its partners with engagements in ticket pricing optimization, fan satisfaction research, outsourced ticket/event marketing, lead prioritization, market feasibility research, sales strategy creation, and much more.
- Your role would consist of the following:
- Assist with industry-specific primary research and the preparation of reports to be used for internal decision-making and published white papers
- Review and Analyze fan experience feedback surveys to arrive at quantitative and qualitative takeaways
- Assist in the development and production of presentation decks and reports for clients
- Assist with the preparation and checking of weekly performance reports in Tableau
- Create graphics for Playfly Aspire and client social media accounts as needed
- Assist project coordinator(s) with other responsibilities to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
- Sit in on deliverable presentations to clients
- Attend all internship events and participate in projects and assignments
- All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Preferred areas of interest: Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, Sports, Innovation, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or any related field(s)
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Experience summarizing data and reporting findings
- Capable of managing and prioritizing a variety of tasks
- Familiarity (or interest) in at least four of the following:
- Survey platforms (Alchemer, Qualtrics, etc.)
- Business Intelligence Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- Marketing Tools, including email and social media management (Mailchimp, Social Pilot, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Graphic Design Platforms (particularly Canva)
- Market research practices
- Presentation Creation and Delivery
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and team player with excellent interpersonal skills
INTERNSHIP DETAILS & APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- Preferably entering Senior year of Bachelor’s program, with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
- Availability to work June 8, 2026 – Aug 13, 2026 32 hours/wk, Monday – Thursday
- Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $15
