Associate Financial Advisor (Hybrid or remote)
Location: Latham, NY
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

providing integrated, personalized solutions to help affluent business owners, professionals,
and retirees achieve clarity and peace of mind in their financial lives.
As an Associate Financial Advisor, you’ll support senior advisors through client onboarding,
plan preparation, and review management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every client
receives the exceptional service, attention to detail, and personalized guidance our firm is
known for.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and
communication.
● Manage new client onboarding, including gathering personal data from clients and
preparing and submitting account opening documents.
● Oversee account transfers and maintain accurate client data across systems, including
eMoney.
● Prepare and organize client review materials—reports, summaries, briefs and financial
updates—well in advance of meetings.
● Update and verify client financial information to ensure each review reflects a complete
and accurate financial picture.
● Maintain and troubleshoot eMoney connections, ensuring all account integrations remain
current.
● Track onboarding progress, review schedules, and RMDs using firm systems and logs to
ensure timely completion.
● Collaborate with advisors and operations to improve internal processes and deliver an
exceptional client experience.
What We Offer:
● $70,000–$100,000 base salary (depending on experience and licensing)
● Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office (Latham, NY) + 3 days remote (we’re open to fully remote for the right person)

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of financial services or financial planning experience
● Familiarity with eMoney or similar financial planning software
● Strong attention to detail, computer skills, self motivated and client service orientation
● FINRA Series 7, 63, 65/66, and Life/Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
