Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to grow the Vivian Stays brand across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Ideal for students passionate about travel, design, hospitality, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule TikToks, reels, posts, and stories

Film and edit short-form videos highlighting our luxury STR properties

Design branded graphics using Canva

Write compelling captions and property highlights

Maintain a consistent content calendar

Track performance metrics and recommend improvements

Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages

Support campaigns for direct bookings and new property launches

Stay current on social media and travel/hospitality trends

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality, or related field

Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram best practices

Skilled in short-form video editing

Proficient with Canva (or similar tools)

Excellent written communication skills

Creative, proactive, and highly organized

Interest in travel, hospitality, or real estate is a plus

Preferred (Not Required)

Photography/videography skills

Experience analyzing social media metrics

Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content strategy

Experience with short-term rentals or hospitality brands
