As our Events & Programs Coordinator, you'll bring this vision to life by planning and delivering exceptional experiences, from intimate gatherings to community-wide programs, that spark curiosity and connection.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and execute Museum events, rentals, and public programs with precision and creativity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility rentals, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding client service.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver engaging experiences that reflect the Museum's mission.
  • Manage logistics for signature events, such as First Fridays and summer programs.
  • Build relationships with partners and vendors to create memorable, mission-aligned events.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for arts, culture, and community engagement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in event coordination and familiarity with AV technology.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and commitment to sustainability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
