Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time position that is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the school's mission, enrollment goals, and fundraising efforts. This role involves creating compelling content, managing digital platforms, and building community engagement to increase the school's visibility and impact. 

Content and Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and create content for social media, newsletters, and the school's website.
  • Create and edit photos and videos for marketing materials and social media.
  • Send out email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Execute a comprehensive content strategy across all digital platforms.

Campaign Execution:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns for student enrollment and special events.
  • Support marketing and development efforts for fundraising campaigns and appeals, including donor communications.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure cohesive messaging during fundraising initiatives.

Outreach and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as head of school, admissions, and other faculty and staff, to ensure marketing efforts align with their goals.
  • Engage with the school community by responding to social media messages and inquiries.

Administrative and Miscellaneous:

  • Maintain and update the school's website with new content and graphics.
  • Organize and manage marketing materials and promotional support documents.
  • Assist with event photography and videography. 
  • Coordinate media and printing with external vendors, such as print houses. 
  • Assist with development & admissions operations, such as gift & inquiry processing and database updates.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and use the data to make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, and digital media, or related fields. 
  • Experience of 1 to 3 years is preferred, but not required. 
  • Ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with design tools and content management systems is a plus.
  • Experience with graphic design and/or video editing is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A passion for education and the mission of the school is highly desirable.

Compensation Package: 

Salary range $45,000 - $55,000, with a Competitive Benefits Package
