Optical Area Supervisor (Licensed Optician)

Visology is seeking a Licensed Optician to oversee 3–5 retail locations in Massachusetts. This role supports Eyewear Sales Stylists, ensures consistent store performance, integrates eye-telemedicine exams, and provides hands-on operational coverage when needed.

What You’ll Do:
Supervise, coach, and train teams across multiple stores
Support telemedicine eye exam workflows and staff readiness
Ensure inventory accuracy, store readiness, and service consistency
Step in to provide operational coverage as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns
Track store performance metrics and implement improvements
 

What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Optician (Massachusetts required)
5+ years of optical experience; 2+ years in a supervisor or multi-site role
Strong optical knowledge (lenses, standards, troubleshooting)
Excellent leadership, training, and communication skills
Ability to travel regularly between locations
