Physical Therapist

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and administer individualized treatment programs that help patients regain mobility, function, and independence. You’ll have the freedom to shape patient care plans using evidence-based methods while working alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to high standards of clinical excellence and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.

Deliver hands-on therapy to restore movement, relieve pain, and promote overall recovery.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and long-term wellness strategies.

Monitor patient progress and document outcomes using EMR systems in accordance with clinical standards.

Participate in ongoing professional development, mentorship, and continuing education initiatives.

Contribute to a supportive, outcome-focused clinic culture rooted in integrity and innovation.

Qualifications

Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Active State PT License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and clinical best practices

Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Collaborative approach with a commitment to patient-centered care

Familiarity with EMR systems preferred

Experience with pediatric or geriatric populations a plus
