About the Role

The Entry-Level Battery Pack System Engineer supports the design, development, testing, and validation of lithium-ion battery packs for energy storage and electric vehicle applications. Working alongside senior engineers, this role helps ensure that battery pack systems meet performance, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements from concept through production.

This position is ideal for recent engineering graduates seeking hands-on experience in next-generation battery product development and high-volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, integration, and optimization of battery pack systems, including modules, BMS, thermal management, structural components, and safety features.

Perform battery pack performance modeling, thermal analysis, and electrical behavior simulations.

Support engineering reviews, DVP&R planning, DFMEA, and system-level risk analysis.

Analyze test data, evaluate pack performance, and prepare engineering reports and dashboards.

Assist in creating 3D models, assembly drawings, and system layouts using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, etc.).

Participate in prototype builds, pack assembly trials, and bring-up activities within the manufacturing environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BMS engineering, manufacturing, quality, safety, and product engineering.

Help troubleshoot pack-level issues, including electrical, thermal, mechanical, and software-related faults.
