Customer Service Rep

  • Job purpose
  • Handle all administrative activities within the Customer Service office. 
  • Interact with external customers and internal sales force and other key personnel provide information in response to inquiries.
  • Handle phone and walk in orders, coordinate billing process and contact walk in
    customer(s) when order(s) are ready for pick-up. 
  • Process quotes and sales orders through Quick Books based on pre-determined charges for requested services and solicit the sale of new or additional cylinder products and services (up sell) when appropriate.
