🔍 Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Outlook Support Engineer with strong expertise in Exchange Online and Office 365 administration. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of technical support experience in a customer-facing role and deep troubleshooting skills across mail flow, retention policies, and hybrid setups.
