🔍 Job Summary:
We’re looking for a #Microsoft_Teams #Support_Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills across Teams Admin Center, app crashes, and log analysis. The candidate should have 2–3 years of technical support experience and be familiar with PowerShell, hybrid environments, and OS-level diagnostics.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
Teams Admin Center
Microsoft Teams Features & Functions
Troubleshooting App Issues (Crash/Install/Hang)
Log Collection (Teams Logs, Wireshark, .HAR)
OS Knowledge: Windows/Mac

Office 365 Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Teams PowerShell
Skype for Business Hybrid
