🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll learn how to use social platforms and virtual tools to support families and build your career foundation.

You will:

Participate in interactive Zoom trainings to learn core financial concepts

Use social media strategies (no cold calling) to engage with potential clients

Help families schedule virtual appointments to review basic income protection

Develop communication, leadership, and client-support skills

Work with a motivated team that wants you to succeed academically and professionally

Start part-time around your class schedule, with opportunities to grow into advanced roles or leadership paths if you choose.

A U.S. based student or recent grad with an SSN

Able to pass a background check

Positive, reliable, and eager to learn

Interested in finance, marketing, business, or helping people

Comfortable on Zoom and social media, or willing to learn

No professional experience required, just a good attitude and willingness to grow.

💵 Compensation & Advancement

State insurance license fully sponsored after training

1099 performance-based income: most team members earn $500–$700 per completed policy

Trained team members typically close 2–5 policies weekly
