This is a part-time, remote position perfect for students wanting meaningful experience in finance, marketing, or business. No prior experience needed, our training is step-by-step and hands-on.
You will:
Attend interactive virtual trainings to learn foundational financial concepts
Use social media (no cold calling!) to connect with families and set qualified appointments
Discuss basic income protection and financial goals with clients
Build communication & leadership skills that translate into every career path
Collaborate with a motivated team focused on helping each other succeed
Start part-time around your class schedule, and if you love the work, you can grow into a full-time Broker leadership pathway.

We’re looking for students or recent grads who are:
U.S. based with a Social Security Number
Able to pass a background check
Positive, dependable, self motivated individuals
Interested in finance, entrepreneurship, marketing, or helping people
Comfortable on Zoom social media, or willingness to learn

Leadership, customer service, campus involvement, or teamwork experience is a plus but not required.
💵 Compensation & Advancement
State insurance license fully sponsored after training
Performance-based pay (1099) — most policies earn $500–$700+ per sale
Trained associates commonly close 2–5 policies weekly
