Role Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent client brands inside retail stores and at promotional events. You’ll engage customers, answer questions, demonstrate products, and help drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

     
  • Initiate conversations with customers in retail and event environments

     
  • Educate customers about products and services while building trust

     
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals and key performance metrics

     
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to improve performance

     
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions, trends, and campaign needs

     
  • Adapt to different environments, including busy retail floors and live event spaces
