Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building data-driven solutions, developing machine learning models, and delivering business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, AI, Generative AI, Statistics, and end-to-end model development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI models to solve business problems.
Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
Work with large datasets using Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks.
Build predictive, classification, and forecasting models with scalable architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Create clear and compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations.
Maintain documentation and ensure reproducibility of machine learning workflows.
Deploy and monitor models in production and perform continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML /AI Engineer.
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch preferred).
Expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, model development, and statistical techniques.
Knowledge of AI and Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, transformers, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines).
Experience in SQL, data querying, and working with relational databases.
Understanding of Probability, Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, and experimental design.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
