Position Summary:
Jerry Pair is seeking an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist eager to engage in all facets of marketing within the luxury interior design industry. This role supports marketing efforts across four brands under the Jerry Pair umbrella and requires a balance of creativity, technical savvy, and a strong “can-do” attitude. In addition to content creation and brand storytelling, this position plays a key role in managing and optimizing our Shopify website, organizing large product datasets, and helping implement new AI and automation tools that support digital efficiency. Ideal for someone excited to learn, problem-solve, and wear multiple hats at a small company, this hybrid role blends e-commerce, digital marketing, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Website / Shopify Management (40%)
- Support and maintain our Shopify site, managing product data across 30,000+ SKUs, including metafields, rich tags, and category structures
- Upload new products to the website, ensuring all data is accurate and properly tagged.
- Maintain existing product listings and remove discontinued items.
- Comfortable with Shopify landscape and able to collaborate with external developers to troubleshoot issues that arise.
- Implement and test new AI tools to better improve website user experience
Data, Strategy, and Analytics (20%)
- Track and interpret website and social media analytics.
- Keen interest in new upcoming marketing tools, trends, and technologies (especially AI).
- Comfortable working with large sets of data for product importing
Graphic Design & Creative (20%)
- Collaborate on designing and scheduling weekly email campaigns and print materials.
- Collaborate on campaign concepts and brand storytelling.
- Maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials.
Content Curation & Social Media (20%)
- Capture and produce engaging photo and video content for digital channels.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Assist in managing a digital content library (DAM) for future use.
- Experience with paid social ads is a plus.
Desired Skills & Experiences:
- Interest and background in E-commerce, AI tools, workflow automation, and digital efficiency
- Flexible and open minded, able to balance creative work and more routine based tasks
- Familiarity with design and editing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or similar)
- Have a ‘good eye’ for aesthetics and an understanding of luxury branding
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a positive, can-do attitude
- Proactively manages priorities and sees projects through to completion
- Forward-thinking and creative strategic approach
- PLUS if:
- Photography (DSLR) and videography skills
- Photo editing skills
- Paid Social Experience
- Interest in interior design/architecture, design, or luxury goods
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Management Information Systems (MIS), Branding + Strategy, Marketing, Graphic Design, Social Media, or a related field
