Marketing Internship – Harry’s on the Hill GMC (Spring 2026)

 

Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule: 10–12 hours per week (January–May 2026)
Compensation: Paid $16/Hr

Internship Overview:
Harry’s on the Hill is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for the Spring 2026 semester. This role is ideal for a junior or senior Business or Marketing major who wants to gain hands-on experience applying marketing analytics, research, and strategic planning in a professional setting.

 

Rather than focusing on content creation or social media management, this internship emphasizes data-driven marketing and the development of a strategic marketing plan that aligns with Harry’s values and long-term goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer and community data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Review and assess current marketing strategies and advertising performance
  • Assist in developing a data-informed strategic marketing plan 
  • Evaluate marketing ROI and recommend improvements
  • Support promotional partnerships, including UNCA Athletics and local community sponsorships

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a Business, Marketing, or related major
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and marketing metrics
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Interest in the automotive industry and community-based business is a plus

  • Learn how a long-standing, community-focused business measures and strengthens its market presence
