Work Location: On the road.
We are seeking reliable professionals to fill our heavy-lifting crew positions. A great candidate for this role is someone who is able to work professionally, and continuously. The right candidate communicates with customers and other crew members and is able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Our company requires all workers to be punctual and available to work Monday through Friday during the day.
Responsible for the presentation of consignment items, which includes sorting, heavy lifting, loading dumpsters, loading trailers, working well with the team with a friendly and willing demenor
Must be willing to drive to multiple site locations throughout the front range, and have a reliable vehicle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must be comfortable with day-to-day heavy lifting of furniture and household items.
- Post-auction tasks - customer interaction, auction pick-up.
- Other duties may be assigned
- All of the skills relevant to packing, hauling, and transporting household goods in a safe and timely manner.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
- Must maintain General Liability Insurance
- Must have a reliable car and cell phone.
- Should be able to lift 50lbs and up to 75 lbs. and work physically and continuously for a minimum of 6 hours.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent is required.
- Complete a background check.
- Complete a drug screen check
- Efficient with technology and applications.
- Organizational experience required.
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Provide references upon request.
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour as a 1099 contract worker. This is a part time gig, great as a second job.
Estate Inventory Services is a full-service home transition company specializing in home estate clean-outs & auctions.
We work with Professionals, Individuals, Business Owners, and Senior-housing Communities. Partners include attorneys, realtors, financial planners, bankers, and funeral professionals.
Our job takes us all over the state of Colorado, working in homes mostly along the front range, and most often in Northern Colorado.
