About the Role

As a Course Production & LMS Development Intern, you’ll help build, organize, and optimize online courses inside TBA’s On360 learning platform. You’ll assist with uploading lessons, configuring quizzes, formatting modules, and QA testing course experiences to ensure students across colleges and workforce boards have a smooth and professional learning journey.

This role gives you real exposure to instructional design workflows, learning management systems, education UX, and the behind-the-scenes operations that power digital education at scale. You’ll collaborate with TBA’s product and operations teams to refine course structures, improve usability, and maintain quality across a catalog of 100+ courses.

What You’ll Do

  • Upload and format lessons, topics, quizzes, and media inside LearnDash
  • Review course modules for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Assist in organizing course hierarchy, tagging, and sequencing within the LMS
  • Support QA testing of new courses and provide usability feedback
  • Help troubleshoot student experience issues and identify improvements
  • Update course assets (images, links, transcripts) as needed
  • Work with the operations team to ensure content aligns with W3CB certifications
  • Document build processes and assist with LMS best-practice guidelines
