POSITION OVERVIEW

The Design Intern will work alongside the Category Manager, Accessory Designers,  on a daily basis to help plan and execute a variety of projects throughout the summer.

This position will aid in, and gain exposure to various functions within the team, including designing, merchandising, and more. Throughout the internship, there will be opportunities to do mini-rotations within other departments (Product Department, Graphic designing) to broaden exposure and help contextualize how Design efforts work to achieve larger goals within the company. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graphic design experience
• Ability to work with Team Members
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work in Adobe programs such as Illustrator/Photoshop
• Fan of licensing is a plus!

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Intern to partner with Category Manager and Designers to help:
• Assist with Submissions to licensors and help follow up on comments
• Set up CAD templates for Product decks for retailers
• Opportunity to work on design modifications and create Graphics for products
• Support Designers in their daily operations
• Opportunity to learn how to create products for the market 

 EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

Attending College in Junior/ senior year

SALARY 

$12.00 per hour
