We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Client Engagement Associate to join our growing Client Engagement team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate eager to begin a career in Pharmacy Benefits, Data Analysis, and Client Management.
Position Summary
The Client Engagement Associate will work closely with the Account Management team to support day-to-day client operations, reporting, and communication. This individual will assist in preparing client materials, tracking project deliverables, coordinating data and reporting needs, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
This is a developmental role — ideal for someone who is ready to learn, highly organized, and ready to build a long-term career in PBM consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Assist Account Managers in maintaining positive client relationships by supporting calls, meetings, and day-to-day communications.
- Help prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and manage follow-up actions.
- Draft client communications, including meeting recaps, summary reports, and follow-up emails.
- Learn to serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to client questions in collaboration with senior team members.
Project & Operational Support
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines in collaboration with the Account Management and Operations teams.
- Assist in preparing client reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate and organize internal data requests, pricing documents, and rebate summaries.
- Support the execution of Leaf Health’s pharmacy consulting services, including implementation tracking and reporting.
Data & Reporting
- Assist with gathering and reviewing client data for reporting and analytics projects.
- Help prepare and validate quarterly rebate and financial reports.
- Work with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely report delivery.
Learning & Development
- Develop an understanding of PBM operations, rebate programs, and client contracting.
- Participate in industry training, internal education sessions, and client strategy meetings.
- Build proficiency in Leaf Health systems, including Salesforce, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field).
- Experience: 0–1 year of relevant internship or work experience; healthcare, consulting, or data analysis exposure is a plus.
