Psychiatrist
Position Overview:
LifePointe Counseling, a well-established private practice providing high-quality outpatient mental health services, is seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team. This position offers flexibility, administrative support, and a strong referral base in a warm, professional environment.
Key Details:
- Schedule: Minimum of 1 day per week, with the option to expand hours if desired
- Setting: Outpatient; telehealth and/or in-person
- Population: Adults (adolescent services optional)
- Structure: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Compensation: Percentage of collections (to be determined during negotiations)
- Billing Options: Provider may elect to practice as exclusively private pay or accept insurance through LifePointe’s existing infrastructure

Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist (MD or DO)
- Current Missouri medical license (or eligibility)
- DEA registration
- Strong commitment to collaborative care and quality outpatient treatment
- Willingness to coordinate and consult with our psychiatric nurse practitioner
