As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and raising brand awareness, all while delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing our products at various events, retail locations, and through social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers: Actively interact with customers at events, trade shows, and retail locations, representing our brand with enthusiasm.
• Product Demonstrations: Show off our products and services, highlighting their key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
• Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and insights to help refine our marketing strategies and product offerings.
• Social Media Engagement: Use social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and promote product launches.
• Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Key Messaging: Deliver brand messages and product information to potential customers in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Customer Service Excellence: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and ensuring an exceptional experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer Service Skills: A natural ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Product Knowledge & Demonstration Skills: Experience in product demonstrations and a passion for educating customers.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently in public.
• Social Media Savvy: Comfortable with managing and engaging audiences on social media platforms.
• Sales Experience: Previous sales or event marketing experience is a plus.
• Event Marketing Experience: Familiarity with organizing and participating in promotional events, as well as data collection for marketing purposes.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in dynamic, customer-facing environments such as retail or food service.
• Bilingual Abilities: A plus, but not required.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 5 days a week (flexible scheduling options available)
• Training: Paid training provided, including both virtual and in-person sessions.
• Compensation:
• Hourly pay: $20.87 - $31.54 per hour

Additional Information:

• Experience: 1+ year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• License/Certification: Valid driver's license required for some positions.
• Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Hackensack, NJ (Required).
• Work Location: In-person only, at retail events or locations in Hackensack, NJ.
