Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative (Commission-Only) to conduct outreach, qualify leads, and close deals for our digital services. This role offers full flexibility and the opportunity to earn $1,200–$2,500+ per week, depending on consistency and performance.
You are paid weekly when deals are closed and the client has paid.
This is ideal for candidates comfortable with cold calling, business outreach, and performance-based pay.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound cold calls, warm follow-ups, and targeted outreach using scripts provided.
- Identify, qualify, and manage leads using HubSpot CRM.
- Present Modern DCA’s services clearly to business owners and decision-makers.
- Guide prospects through the consultation, proposal, and closing stages.
- Handle objections professionally using training and support materials.
- Maintain consistent activity levels to achieve expected weekly earnings.
- Document all communication and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Attend brief check-ins or training sessions as needed.
Requirements
Required:
- Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with business owners.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your own schedule.
- Experience with cold calling, sales outreach, or appointment setting.
- Basic computer literacy (email, CRM navigation, notes, calendar).
Preferred but Not Required:
- B2B sales experience (tech, SaaS, digital marketing, IT services).
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Background in commission-only or performance-driven roles.
Compensation
Commission-Only (No Cap)
Average Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$2,500 for reps who meet outreach expectations
