About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an Aesthetic Sales Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic and cosmetic teams, driving sales growth, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. This role involves managing the performance of all aesthetics personnel, optimizing team effectiveness, and reporting on key metrics to ensure the practice’s goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from aesthetic services and product sales.
  • Track and analyze sales performance for aesthetic services and products, reporting monthly on progress toward meeting targets.
  • Monitor and analyze patient trends, product sales, memberships and service uptake to optimize sales efforts.
  • Set sales targets for the aesthetics team and ensure they are consistently meeting or exceeding these targets.
  • Lead initiatives to promote retail products and services, enhancing patient satisfaction while driving sales.
  • Hold monthly meetings with the aesthetics team to provide ongoing guidance and feedback to to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports on team performance, sales growth, patient satisfaction, and other key metrics monthly.
  • Review financial and sales data to assess areas for improvement and recommend strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Implement and supervise effective inventory management to ensure cosmetic injectables, backbar supplies, and skincare products meet practice demand and sales targets while minimizing waste and loss.
  • Provide actionable insights based on performance data to improve team productivity and service delivery.
  • Ensure that all operational processes are running efficiently, and address any areas of improvement to streamline workflows.
  • Ensure the aesthetics team follows all internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide a safe, compliant, and high-quality patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with all HR and legal documentation requirements.
  • Establish open communication channels with team members to encourage feedback, share information, and address concerns.
  • Monitor employee performance and morale, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure a positive and productive team environment.
  • Report regularly to senior management on team performance, sales results, and operational issues to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Hold regular one-on-one and team meetings to review sales performance, operational efficiency, and team goals.
  • Monitor and manage staff attendance, scheduling, and time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage and smooth clinic operations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
  • Oversee training and development programs to ensure practice staff are knowledgeable about services, products, and sales techniques.
  • Ensure ongoing training is provided to keep staff up to date on new services, products, and industry trends.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and performance-driven work environment, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.
  • Implement employee incentive programs to motivate and reward staff based on sales performance and exceptional service delivery
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and are well-integrated into the team.
  • Supervise the planning and execution of quarterly team-building and training events, ensuring they promote skill development, collaboration, and a positive work culture.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of open house and membership appreciation events, ensuring they align with overall practice initiatives and goals maximizing patient attendance, sales and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics, promotions, and staffing to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis to determine ROI and areas for improvement in future events.
