Role Summary
We are looking for a National Sales Executive to join our growing Gemini Analytics team. This team is transforming the healthcare industry through innovative technology solutions that improve risk management, ensure survey readiness, streamline operations, and improve patient outcomes. Our platform serves a wide range of healthcare organizations—from skilled nursing facilities to assisted living and memory care communities.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on driving revenue growth and expanding our customer footprint across the U.S. We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience - from seasoned professionals to recent graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
Target Market Focus: Sell into healthcare organizations such as SNFs, ALs, ILs, memory care facilities, health systems, and provider groups.
Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage decision-makers (C-Suite, administrators, clinical leadership) at target accounts.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer challenges and align our solutions to deliver measurable value.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive growth and retention.
Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene (HubSpot).
Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
Qualifications
3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in healthcare technology
Strong network and understanding of the post-acute and senior care market (SNF, AL, IL, Memory Care)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel as needed (typically, 30-60% of time)
Preferred Experience
Selling SaaS, analytics, or workflow automation solutions
Experience navigating complex sales cycles (multi-stakeholder, long-term)
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
