We’ve sold out every drop, built a growing community, and are ready to take our marketing to the next level.
That’s where you come in.
The Role
We are looking for a self-starter Marketing Manager (student or early-career marketer) who is excited to build the marketing engine for a fast-growing brand. This is a unique opportunity to take real ownership—working directly with the founder—and develop strategies that drive e-commerce growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
If you’re creative, curious, and unafraid to experiment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Strategy
- Develop Inland Grove’s first real marketing plan and calendar
- Define our target customer and refine buyer personas
- Establish the brand’s voice, look, and feel across channels
Content & Creative
- Create compelling visuals for social (graphic design, reels, stories, TikTok)
- Ideate and execute new content formats for storytelling and product launches
- Build out creative concepts for photo shoots and campaigns
E-Commerce Growth
- Increase website traffic and conversion through organic and paid tactics
- Manage email/SMS marketing (Omnisend) including flows and campaigns
- Analyze data to understand what drives sales and what needs improvement
Community & Partnerships
- Help launch the Inland Grove Country Club membership program
- Support influencer and college-golfer partnership outreach
- Assist with events, pop-ups, and golf-related activations
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Are studying marketing, digital media, advertising, or a related field
- Love fashion, streetwear, golf culture, or lifestyle brands
- Have graphic design ability (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent)
- Are a natural storyteller and creative thinker
- Are scrappy—you try things, learn fast, and iterate
- Want real responsibility and the ability to actually lead projects
- Understand (or want to learn) e-commerce strategy, analytics, and growth marketing
What You’ll Get
- Hands-on leadership experience building a brand’s marketing engine from the ground up
- Portfolio-ready work across campaigns, design, strategy, and execution
- Mentorship from the founder and exposure to real business operations
- A chance to shape the future of Inland Grove and see your ideas create real results
- Flexible schedule and a role that grows with you
- paid on performance and month over month growth. If your marketing works we will pay you for that on top of your monthly base of $300
