Associate Manager, Sales Operations

Location: Hybrid (Malvern, PA or East Windsor, NJ - 3 days in-office/2 days work-from-home)

We are seeking an Associate Manager, Sales Operations to join our growing Revenue Operations organization. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process, maintaining data accuracy, and optimizing systems to drive efficiency, transparency, and revenue growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

 

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate client and prospect data across all accounts.
  • Support the forecasting process by consolidating sales updates and preparing summary dashboards.
  • Manage CRM workflows including data hygiene, lead assignment, and deal-stage maintenance.
  • Drive CRM adoption through training, audits, and process documentation.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports and dashboards for Sales, Finance, and Executive leadership.
  • Partner with the VP and Associate Director of Sales Operations to analyze sales performance and pipeline trends.
  • Support leadership meetings with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Account & Administrative Support

  • Process and file client contracts and documentation according to company standards.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, and post-event client reports.
  • Support internal sales trackers, presentations, and weekly revenue summaries.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment on client deliverables and timelines.

Event & Meeting Logistics

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support logistics for industry conferences and virtual events.
  • Maintain schedules, shipping lists, and inventory tracking for event materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client assets, signage, and collateral for sponsored events.

Process & Systems Optimization

  • Evaluate and improve existing sales processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support adoption of sales enablement tools such as Map Your Show, Airtable, or Adobe Express.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to ensure consistent reporting and revenue tracking.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales operations, administrative, or analytical role.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM required; experience with Salesforce or similar tools preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with PowerPoint and data visualization tools a plus.
  • Experience in events, media, or healthcare industries preferred.
  • Exposure to project management software (e.g., Hive, Monday, or Asana) preferred.
