About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Developer to join our team and support a variety of internal and customer-facing projects. While many projects are Salesforce-related, Salesforce experience is not required—we welcome candidates with a strong foundation in IT development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and enjoys contributing to end-to-end project cycles—from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to gather, review, and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Support Client-focused IT development projects, primarily Salesforce-based.
- Participate in internal development efforts.
- Design and maintain test plans, schedules, and test cases.
- Attend daily stand-ups, weekly developer meetings, and 1:1s with your manager.
- Track and submit work time accurately.
- Complete required technical and professional training
- Assist the Help Desk and Project team with escalations and technical challenges.
- Any additional work as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in IT development or Educational Background
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Associates/Bachelors Preferred.
- Willingness to learn Salesforce and other technologies as needed
- Previous experience with Salesforce development or administration is a plus
- Available to work in Office - position located in Gahanna Ohio
