Summer Equity Research Internship

2026 Oregon Health & Science University Summer Equity Research Program Internship for Undergraduates

For Undergraduates pursuing their first Bachelor's Degree.

The 2026 Summer Equity Research Program is 8 weeks long and will run from June 22 - August 14, 2026. The application period is open from November 12, 2025, to January 23, 2026, at 5 p.m. Pacific Time. A $4,500 stipend will be paid to each intern during the program. The internship is full-time, 8 AM - 5 PM, 40 hours/week. Skills and duties will depend on intern's assignment. 

Two letters of recommendation are due by February 6, 2025, at 5 p.m. Pacific Time. One of the letters must be from a college science teacher. The second recommendation can be from a community leader, teacher, coach, or counselor.

Please note, if your application is missing any required materials (including essay submissions that do not meet word count requirements) by the application deadline on January 23, your application will be deemed incomplete and will not be reviewed.

Equity interns will be selected and notified in early March 2026.
