Infosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, is seeking motivated professionals to join our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Logistics, and Supply Chain (CRL) practice. We are hiring Analysts, Consultants, and Senior Consultants who are passionate about solving complex business challenges, leveraging technology, and driving transformation for global brands.

About The Role

As part of the CRL practice, you will work on strategic programs across industries such as CPG, Retail, Fast Food/QSR, Entertainment, and Logistics, helping clients optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and enable digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply consulting frameworks, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Transformation
  • Define and execute business strategies for CPG, Retail, and Logistics clients.
  • Conduct customer journey mapping, process assessments, and design future-state operating models.
• Digital Enablement & Analytics
  • Support initiatives in ERP, CRM, supply chain planning tools, and payment systems.
  • Apply data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Project Delivery & Client Engagement
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution design sessions.
  • Manage deliverables, timelines, and quality standards across hybrid work environments.
• Innovation & Emerging Tech
  • Explore AI/automation use cases for supply chain optimization and retail personalization.

Qualifications by Role

Analyst

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: Internship in manufacturing, retail, marketing, or logistics preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical ability, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, exposure to ERP/CRM tools.

Consultant

• Education: Master’s (non-MBA) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–4 years in consulting or industry roles (CPG, Retail, Logistics).
• Skills: Familiarity with ERP, CRM, supply chain planning tools; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Senior Consultant

• Education: MBA from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience (retail, fast food/QSR, entertainment, marketing).
• Skills: Leadership in managing client engagements, strategy development, and transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications (All Roles)

• Experience in CPG, Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain domains.
• Familiarity with payment systems and tools.
• Willingness to travel and work in cross-cultural teams.
• Bonus: AI/Automation experience.
