Sales/Marketing Internship at eXplore Brown County

We are an outdoor recreation facility that offers zip lining, paintball, arrow tag, camping, an event venue, and many more fun activities for guests. We are looking for a motivated, innovative, and self directed young mind to help with marketing our facility. We are specifically looking to market to businesses/corporations for team building activities during weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Making phone calls/sending emails to a variety of businesses including but not limited to:
  • Corporations/Large businesses
  • Church groups
  • High school athletic teams and clubs
  • College athletic teams and clubs
  • Boy/Girl scouts
• Setting up meetings and presenting the benefits of our facility for team building to organizations
• Helping to manage our social media pages
  • Developing ideas for content to post 
  • Posting to our social media pages regularly with pictures and videos

Skills needed:

• Well spoken
  • There's a lot of activities and lodging options that we offer. You will have to be able to explain each aspect of our business eloquently
• Well written
  • As mentioned earlier, you will be required to write emails to various organizations. Also, you should be prepared when giving presentations with  well written concise descriptions of each aspect of our facility
• Creative
  • With creating presentations and helping with social media, we want to give you creative freedom to put your own personal stamp that would be appealing to our potential customers
• Self driven
  • While initially we would expect you to come to our facility while you're getting accustomed to everything, as you get more comfortable we would expect you to be able to work from home
