Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for helping children build communication skills that support confidence, independence, and meaningful connection with others.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Provide evidence-based speech, language, and feeding therapy in individual and group settings.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members (OT, PT, BCBA) to ensure cohesive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with clinical and insurance standards.

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Active state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required 

Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, school, or early intervention setting).

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
