Description:
- Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction
- Help patients(guests) reduce pain and improve or restore mobility
- Teach patients (guests) how to to prevent or manage their condition so they will achieve long term health benefits
- Examine and understand guests expectations for treatment
- Develop plan, using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
- Develop steps to transition to wellness oriented ongoing plan following DC
- Develop an ongoing relationship with patients/guests for a lifetime, by scheduling periodic check ups
- Proficient use of computer
- Bill 4> units per hour optimally and compliantly with state and federal laws
- Timely documentation completion
- Complete annual and quarterly goals to grow and enhance practice and keep accountable with mentor/supervisor
- Be able to delegate appropriate activity to support personnel
- Foster high trust culture and enhance the team through your strengths and gifted abilities
- Fulfill state CEU requirements annually
Requirements:
-Active professional license in good standing with the state of Florida
