Physical Therapist

Mission of Physical Therapist:  To get our guests back to what they love. By listening and understanding our guest expectations for therapy.  To serve as their guide, helping them to understand the steps to get to their goal(s). To help guests appreciate small wins of progress along their journey.   To establish guests as life long customers to our Allied family. 


 

Description:  

  • Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction 
  • Help patients(guests) reduce pain and improve or restore mobility
  • Teach patients (guests) how to to prevent or manage their condition so they will achieve long term health benefits
  • Examine and understand guests expectations for treatment 
  • Develop plan, using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability 
  • Develop steps to transition to wellness oriented ongoing plan following DC  
  • Develop an ongoing relationship with patients/guests for a lifetime, by scheduling periodic check ups 
  • Proficient use of computer 
  • Bill 4> units per hour optimally and compliantly with state and federal laws 
  • Timely documentation completion 
  • Complete annual and quarterly goals to grow and enhance practice and keep accountable with mentor/supervisor    
  • Be able to delegate appropriate activity to support personnel 
  • Foster high trust culture and enhance the team through your strengths and gifted abilities 
  • Fulfill state CEU requirements annually 


 

Requirements:

-Active professional license in good standing with the state of Florida
