About the Role

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Radiologic Technologist, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports patient care and treatment. This position offers a consistent 4x10 schedule, giving you great work-life balance while gaining valuable clinical experience in a professional and supportive environment.

Essential Functions of the Job

  • Perform high-quality radiologic procedures according to established exam protocols.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively using AIDET to identify patient needs, confirm procedures, and establish rapport.
  • Prepare patients for exams, position them properly, and operate radiographic equipment with precision.
  • Adhere to all radiation safety, infection-control, and procedural standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment and work areas.
  • Collaborate with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal performance of imaging systems.
  • Monitor and document imaging doses; take action if radiation dose reference levels are exceeded.
  • Assist with inventory control and report equipment or supply issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Certification: ARRT-R Radiography (required or eligible)
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Experience: New graduates welcome to apply
  • Licensure: Current state licensure (if applicable)
