Job Title: Accounting Associate (Finance & Operations Support)
Salary- $40k-$45k annually

The Accounting Associate is a key contributor to the company’s financial and operational success. This role offers exposure to multiple business functions, including accounting, inventory management, and logistics. Key Responsibilities
Financial & Bookkeeping
• Review and verify weight and price of raw materials received and ensure accurate entry into the accounting system.
• Review and verify vendor invoices across categories (freight, maintenance, cleaning, and miscellaneous expenses).
• Prepare, analyze, and issue monthly and annual financial statements.
• Work with accounting specialists to produce weekly financial and operational reports for management.
• Generate ad hoc reports for management and corporate office, as requested.
• Support financial audits by coordinating, preparing, and furnishing required documentation.
Operational Support
• Participate in inventory management and reconciliation activities.
• Crosstrain in logistics functions, including freight scheduling and invoice preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities.
Administrative Support
• Perform general office tasks such as mail handling, scanning, and filing.
• Assist leadership with special projects as needed.
