Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Farmington, MI. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and addressing client needs, and closing sales. The Salesperson will also be expected to conduct market research, develop sales strategies, and meet sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the waste management industry
- Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of waste management and recycling services is a plus
