Production Network & Facility Planning Intern

Your tasks

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the production network strategy.
  • Prepare presentations for management and project meetings using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Create cost overviews and reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Lead or support various cross-functional projects and tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage small-scale projects independently.
  • Support facility maintenance (e.g., Assist with regular safety audits and inspections)
  • Setup and teardown for meetings, training sessions, and special events
  • Move furniture and equipment as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services


Your Profile

  • Start Date - This position is planned to start January 1, 2026, or earlier depending on availability
  • In office at Auburn HillsĀ 
  • Must be currently attending a college or university (Graduation year of 2027 or later)
  • Able to work 20 hours per week on average during the school year/ flexible schedule
  • Able to work 30-40 hours per week on average during the summer/ flexible schedule
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Spanish and/or German language skills are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments.
  • Professional demeanor and effective interpersonal skills.
