Assistant Community Manager

We are looking for a full time Assistant Community Manager for a homeowner's association in Burke, Virginia.  The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for:

  • Attending Monthly Board Meetings, these meetings are in the evening.
  • Attending Annual Meeting.
  • Creating weekly e-newsletter.
  • Conducting property inspections to ensure properties are maintained per the Association's governing documents.
  • Issuing violation notices.
  • Assisting with general office duties such as mailings, pool pass renewals, visitor hang tag renewals, community center rentals, answer phones and emails and general office work.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Assisting homeowners with their accounts.

The candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft programs and computer skills as well as general customer service skills.
