Job Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst – Email Outreach Focus will manage, maintain, and optimize our high-volume email sending infrastructure. This role is crucial for maximizing inbox placement, protecting sender reputation, and ensuring full compliance with international email regulations. You will be an operator who understands the deep technical underpinnings of SMTP, IP reputation, and modern email authentication standards.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor email deliverability health and proactively implement best practices to maintain a high sender reputation and inbox placement.
  • Ensure all campaigns are fully compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.
  • Develop, configure, and deploy complex, highly-segmented email campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and triggered emails, using our Email Service
  • Provider (ESP) and Marketing Automation Platform.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process, including audience list segmentation, A/B testing, deployment scheduling, and quality assurance (QA).
  • Ensure all email assets are responsive, error-free, and align with brand guidelines.
  • Track, measure, and analyze key email metrics (e.g., Open Rate, Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, Deliverability, Unsubscribe Rate, and ROI).

 

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
  •  2–4 years of experience in mass emailing, email marketing, data analytics, or CRM campaign management. 
  • Proficiency with a major Email Service Provider (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
  • Understanding of (MTA/Cloud services), adherence to all legal email regulations (CAN-SPAM)
  • Expert in rapidly diagnosing and fixing sudden, complex deliverability problems.
