Captive Intern Position Overview
As an intern, you will be working directly with Client Development Managers, multinational clients, and Global Consultants. You will also have the unique opportunity to work with insurance providers (Network Partners) located all over the world on a daily basis in order to meet the client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Captive Team with annual renewal project management, including:
- Monitoring and tracking renewals in Salesforce
- Ensuring completion of renewal Data Collection Templates (DCTs)
- Collecting local policy documents and supporting materials
- Perform Excel data analytics: reviewing DCTs, premium trackers, invoices, and quarterly captive reports
- Collaborate with Network Partners, and internal teams to complete deliverables
- Participate in virtual meetings with global captive clients, Consultants, and Network Partners
- Prepare materials for annual renewal meetings with clients and consultants
- Use Salesforce and Power BI (GEB Analytics) to create reports and validate data
- Create and update new business and renewal quotes in Salesforce

- In-Office Requirement: (Hybrid) Minimum 1 day per month
- GPA: 3.5 or higher
- Preferred Majors: Business, Economics, Finance (others considered)
- School Level: Upcoming Junior or higher
