Marketing Automation Specialist

Join our in-house, full-service Marketing team and play a key role in promoting our extensive range of products and services, all designed to help customers grow their businesses worldwide. Through innovative campaigns and strategic initiatives, we bring our brand to life and connect with customers on a global scale. The Digital Marketing team focuses on delivering exceptional online search and buying experiences for our customers. They are responsible for configuring email and automation, ideating workflow enhancements, driving e-commerce growth, and webpage content and navigation. The team oversees online product category support with reviews, promotions, content management, SKU management, and web analytics. They optimize web shopping experiences, product content, and visual presentation across platforms through research,  execution, and analysis.

 

Looking for a passionate, aspiring automation marketer whose love for solving problems with technology is surpassed only by their insatiable desire for improving customer experiences. The Marketing Automation Specialist will join Stuller's powerhouse digital marketing team with responsibilities including mapping and configuring automated solutions for customers, monitoring and troubleshooting of automation workflows, ideating on workflow enhancements, reporting and analysis, communicating cross departmentally, and adapting to ever-evolving tools and platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing automation campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Design and implement advanced journeys using AMPscript, SQL, and dynamic content blocks.
  • Collaborate with CRM and Web Development teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across platforms.
  • Lead QA efforts for all automations and journeys, ensuring error-free execution and data integrity.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation forms in Formstack, ensuring proper tagging, routing, and data capture.
  • Support strategic marketing initiatives by building scalable automation frameworks.
  • Stay current on platform updates and proactively recommend new features or tools.
  • Maintain documentation for automations, journeys, and integrations. 
     

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Formstack or similar form-building platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for continuous learning and process improvement. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Email Specialist certification preferred.

This position requires candidates to have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
