Test Equipment Engineer

Join a team that helps defend freedom and deter aggression through innovation and engineering excellence. As part of our Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) team, you’ll design, develop, and maintain software that supports production and testing of advanced missile systems.
The TEE software team builds Windows-based applications and tools that integrate with some of the most sophisticated engineering systems in the world. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to deliver solutions that ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance throughout all phases of the product lifecycle — from design to post-production sustainment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate object-oriented applications using C# and C++ in Microsoft Visual Studio within a Windows OS environment.
Develop requirements and documentation for software systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software and test instrumentation.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on system-level applications.
Manage and prioritize multiple software engineering tasks concurrently.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 2+ years of professional experience, or an advanced STEM degree.
Proficiency in one or more of the following: C++, C#, Java, Python, or Visual Basic.
Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and debugging tools.
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.

Desired Qualifications
Understanding of computer architecture and hardware optimization techniques.
Experience developing software drivers and working with hardware interfaces.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, and other data communication protocols.
Familiarity with UML, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and Software Configuration Management (SCM) principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
