Social media / Marketing Internship

Mansfield Realty Group (MRG) is a multi-market real estate appraisal, consulting, and valuation firm serving Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky. Our team specializes in complex commercial and residential assignments, delivering data-driven insights to lenders, attorneys, developers, and government agencies. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated college intern to support our digital presence and marketing efforts.

The Social Media & Marketing Intern will help develop, curate, and manage content across all MRG social media platforms. This role is ideal for students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business, Digital Media, or related fields who want hands-on experience building brand awareness, strengthening online engagement, and supporting a professional real estate services firm.

This position offers flexibility (5-10 hours/week), hybrid or remote work options, and opportunities for long-term collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok optional).

-Highlight appraisal projects, market insights, company culture, and industry trends.

-Assist with basic graphic design for posts, infographics, and marketing materials.

-Monitor analytics and engagement to refine content strategy.

-Capture or source photos/videos of properties, office events, and fieldwork (as appropriate).

-Draft short blogs, email content, or market updates to support brand messaging.

-Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

-Support special marketing projects (e.g., website updates, presentations, recruiting materials).

-Assist with maintaining a content calendar.

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

-Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent.

-Strong writing and communication skills.

-Familiarity with social media marketing, trends, and platform best practices.

-Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools (not required but preferred).

-Interest in real estate, valuation, or business analytics is a plus.

-Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
