Private Equity Fund Finance Co-Op Analyst
Bluevale Capital is seeking a highly motivated Fund Finance Co-Op Analyst to join our finance team full-time for a 4- to 6-month term. This position provides immersive exposure to private-equity fund operations, financial analysis, and investment reporting. The ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate with strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn how institutional capital is managed in a real-estate investment environment.
Lodging is provided for the Milford, CT location.
What You Will Do
• Support the Fund Finance team in maintaining accurate fund books and financial records.
• Assist with recording and reconciling transactions, capital calls, and distributions.
• Prepare workpapers and schedules for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Help build and update financial models, forecasts, and portfolio tracking spreadsheets.
• Gather and analyze fund data for performance metrics and variance reporting.
• Participate in liquidity and cash-flow management, including loan-draw tracking and requisition preparation.
• Coordinate with external fund administrators and internal investment teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare investor materials, capital-call notices, and audit documentation.
• Assist with ad hoc research, market data compilation, and process improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong desire to learn in a professional finance environment.
• Prior experience (internship, co-op, or part-time role) in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in both New York, NY and Milford, CT as needed.
Compensation and Duration
• $20 per hour | 40 hours per week | Full-time, on-site.
• Lodging provided in Milford, CT.
• 4–6 month co-op term with potential for future full-time consideration.
